Hello, I’m Jenny Pither, the Founder and Director of Allied Health Admin and Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in the medical and Allied Health industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping practitioners like you navigate the often overwhelming world of administration.

My journey in this sector has spanned various roles in Radiology, General Practice, and Allied Health, equipping me with a well-rounded expertise that I bring to my consultancy services. I’ve been honoured with several awards, including being a Silver Awards Winner at the Beam Awards for 2023 and a multi-year finalist in the Australian Women’s Small Business Champion, Roar Awards and AusMumpreneur Awards. These accolades are a testament to my commitment to excellence in the field. What truly drives me is the satisfaction of seeing my clients thrive. With over a decade of online experience, she excels at crafting efficient processes, implementing systems, and bringing innovative ideas to fruition. When she’s not overseeing daily operations, projects, and client relations, she can be found poolside with a cocktail, contemplating her next travel adventure.

Operations Manager

Kaz brings two decades of administrative experience across diverse sectors like Local Government, Insurance, and Allied Health. Her most recent role involved coordinating a multidisciplinary team of over 60 professionals across six health hubs. She thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings, particularly when working alongside dedicated and successful women. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her family and friends, enjoys beach walks, and takes leisurely bike rides with her husband.

Practice Support Specialist

With 11 years in Medical Administration and six specifically in Allied Health, Rachael brings a wealth of experience to the clients at Allied Health Admin and Consulting. She is highly organised and thrives in bustling environments, qualities that enable her to offer top-notch service. Off-duty, she relishes family time on the sunny Gold Coast, nurtures her indoor plants, and enjoys the great outdoors.

While pursuing her Myotherapy degree, Fee discovered her love for allied health administration. With 15 years in admin roles—12 specifically in Allied Health—she finds immense satisfaction in lightening the clients’ workloads so they can focus on patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys family outings, camping trips, and the netball season.

Kate has 13 years of healthcare administration experience spanning General Dentistry to Dietetics. Having lived in various Australian cities due to her husband’s military career, she is now settled in Canberra. Weekends often find her exploring new cafés with her family or painting acrylic artworks in her home studio.

When not at work, she enjoys making family memories in Queensland’s red dirt landscapes.
